Cancellation / refund:

• In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 7 calendar days (14 calendar days for groups) before the date of arrival of the guest at the hotel, the prepayment will be refunded in full.
Accommodation for children:
• Children under 5 years old in the same room with their parents without extra bed will not be charged. Free baby cot available upon request;
• When placing children under 5 years old, 50% of the cost of an extra bed is charged;
• When children over 6 years old are accommodated, 100% of the cost of an extra bed will be charged.
